You pay for services rendered — not for vehicles.

This structure:

We do not earn commissions and do not profit from vehicle prices.

Price: Free

Includes:
• Curated weekly auction watchlists
• Independent observations
• Links to third-party auctions

Excludes:
• Vehicle evaluation
• Bid guidance
• Buyer representation

VIEW WATCHLIST

Tier 2

Sourcing & Evaluation

Flat Fee: $500 per search

Includes:
• Vehicle matching based on Buyer Intake
• Shortlist of candidates
• Risk notes and condition considerations
• Max-bid guidance

Excludes:
• Auction bidding
• Payments to auctions
• Title, transport, repairs

START BUYER INTAKE

Tier 3

Buyer Representation & Bidding

Flat Fee: $1,000 per vehicle

Includes:
• Tier 2 services
• Authorized bidding on your behalf
• Strict adherence to your maximum bid
• Auction-day reporting

Buyer pays auction directly.

VIEW REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT

What Is Not Included

The following are **not** included in KeyAura™ fees:

• Vehicle purchase price
• Auction buyer premiums and fees
• Taxes, title, registration
• Transport or shipping
• Repairs or mechanical work

All third-party costs are paid directly by the buyer.
