Partner Agreement
Understanding partnership terms, roles, and boundaries before participation.
Purpose of This Page
This page explains the structure, intent, and boundaries of a Partner Agreement with KeyAuraâ„¢.
It is provided for transparency only.
No partnership, obligation, or authorization exists unless a separate written agreement is fully executed by all parties.
Submitting an inquiry or reviewing this page does not create a partnership.
What a Partner Agreement Covers
A Partner Agreement defines how an approved partner may participate within the KeyAuraâ„¢ platform.
Depending on the role, this may include:
• Vehicle access participation
• Service or maintenance support
• Program or referral alignment
• Administrative or operational assistance
Each agreement is role-specific and limited in scope.
KeyAuraâ„¢ Responsibilities
Under a Partner Agreement, KeyAuraâ„¢ may:
• Define access standards, processes, and eligibility requirements
• Provide written disclosures, policies, and documentation
• Coordinate platform-level workflows
• Enforce compliance, ethics, and operational standards
KeyAuraâ„¢ does not guarantee volume, revenue, inventory utilization, or duration of participation.
Partner Responsibilities
Partners are expected to:
• Operate lawfully and ethically
• Follow all written agreements and disclosures
• Avoid misrepresentation of KeyAura™ or its programs
• Maintain required licenses, insurance, and documentation
• Communicate issues promptly and accurately
Partners act independently and are responsible for their own compliance.
Important Limitations
A Partner Agreement does not:
• Create exclusivity unless explicitly stated
• Guarantee placement, volume, or income
• Transfer ownership of vehicles or assets
• Create an employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship
• Authorize public representation beyond written terms
All authority is limited to the executed agreement.
Modification, Suspension & Termination
Partner Agreements may be modified only by written amendment, suspended for compliance review, or terminated according to stated terms.
Termination does not waive outstanding obligations, prior disclosures, or responsibility for prior actions.
No Partnership by Inquiry
Submitting a partner inquiry, intake form, or message:
• Does not imply approval
• Does not create a relationship
• Does not authorize participation
All partnerships are selective, documented, and phased.
Partnership Requires Alignment
All agreements begin with understanding the system.
