KeyAura™ — Program Disclosures

This Program Disclosures page provides important information about KeyAura™ vehicle access and ownership programs. These disclosures apply to all applicants, customers, and participants.

Participation in any KeyAura™ program is voluntary and conditional.

1. NO GUARANTEE OF APPROVAL OR VEHICLE AVAILABILITY

KeyAura™ does not guarantee:

Approval for any program
Availability of a specific vehicle
Continued access to a vehicle
Completion of a purchase pathway

All approvals are:

Conditional
Based on available inventory
Subject to verification
Governed by written agreements

Submission of an application or pre-application does not constitute approval.

2. RENTAL PROGRAM DISCLOSURES

KeyAura™ rental vehicles are provided for short-term or transitional use.

Important Rental Disclosures:

Rental access does not create ownership rights
Rental payments do not automatically apply toward purchase
Vehicles must be returned in documented condition
Damage, excessive wear, or misuse may result in charges
Rental agreements may be terminated for non-compliance

Rental terms are governed exclusively by the Vehicle Rental Agreement.

3. BUY HERE PAY HERE (BHPH) PROGRAM DISCLOSURES

KeyAura™ offers Buy Here Pay Here vehicle purchase pathways.

Important BHPH Disclosures:

KeyAura™ is not a bank or traditional lender
Title does not transfer until all obligations are fulfilled
Payments are made directly to KeyAura™, not a third-party lender
Missed or late payments may result in default
Default may result in vehicle recovery and additional charges

BHPH participation is governed by the Buy Here Pay Here Vehicle Purchase Agreement.

4. RENTAL → BHPH CONVERSION DISCLOSURE

Some customers may be eligible to transition from rental access to a purchase pathway.

Important Conversion Disclosures:

Conversion is not automatic
Rental history does not guarantee conversion approval
Rental payments do not automatically convert to equity
Any rental credit toward purchase must be disclosed in writing
Conversion requires execution of new agreements

Conversion is governed by a Rental → BHPH Conversion Agreement.

5. SUBJECT-TO VEHICLE DISCLOSURES

Some vehicles may be offered Subject-To an existing lien or financial obligation.

Important Subject-To Disclosures:

Buyer does not assume the underlying loan
Buyer is not a borrower under the underlying obligation
Title transfer may be delayed until obligations are resolved
Subject-To transactions carry additional risk
These risks are disclosed in a separate addendum

Subject-To vehicles require execution of a Subject-To Addendum.

6. VEHICLE CONDITION & DOCUMENTATION

All vehicles are:

Documented at intake with photos and reports
Documented at return or conversion
Evaluated for wear, damage, or misuse

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing condition documentation
Reporting issues promptly
Maintaining the vehicle responsibly

Failure to do so may affect account standing or result in charges.

7. MAINTENANCE & RESPONSIBILITY

KeyAura™ vehicles require routine care.

Important Maintenance Disclosures:

Customers are responsible for basic maintenance unless stated otherwise
Mechanical issues must be reported promptly
Neglect or misuse may constitute default
Maintenance expectations are documented separately

Participation may include the Vehicle Stability Program.

8. GPS & TRACKING DISCLOSURE

Some vehicles may be equipped with GPS or tracking technology.

Important Tracking Disclosures:

Tracking is disclosed separately
Tracking is used for security, recovery, and compliance
Tracking is not used for marketing or surveillance
Consent is required where legally applicable

Tracking is governed by a GPS Disclosure Addendum.

9. DEFAULT & RECOVERY

Failure to comply with agreements may result in default.

Default May Include:

Missed or late payments
Failure to maintain or insure the vehicle (if required)
Misrepresentation or fraud
Abandonment or misuse

Recovery actions are conducted in accordance with Connecticut law and disclosed policies.

10. NO CREDIT REPORTING GUARANTEES

KeyAura™ does not guarantee:

Credit reporting
Credit improvement
Reporting to any specific bureau

Any optional reporting programs are disclosed separately and may change.

11. GOVERNING LAW

All programs are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.

12. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By participating in any KeyAura™ program, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these disclosures
You have received or had access to related agreements
You understand that outcomes are performance-based
