KeyAuraâ„¢ Roadmap
A deliberate rollout focused on operational quality, buyer protection, and repeatable vehicle access.
How to Read This Roadmap
This roadmap reflects operational priorities, not feature promises.
• Items appear only when they are real
• Timelines are directional, not guarantees
• Nothing is offered until it is documented, tested, and repeatable
If it is not operational, it does not exist in the current version of KeyAuraâ„¢.

Phase 1 — Foundation (Active)
This phase establishes the core operating model for KeyAuraâ„¢.
Completed / In Progress:
• Buyer Intake & qualification workflow
• Weekly Auction Watchlist publishing
• Flat-fee pricing structure
• Buyer Representation Agreement
• Clear AS-IS / non-dealer disclosures
• Connecticut-based operating scope
Focus:
• Clarity
• Discipline
• Buyer protection
Phase 2 — Consistency
This phase focuses on making every buyer experience predictable and repeatable.
Planned Focus Areas:
• Standardized runlist screening process
• Consistent shortlist & risk-note format
• Documented max-bid authorization flow
• Clear win / no-win reporting
Goal:
Reduce uncertainty while maintaining flexibility for different buyer needs.
Phase 3 — Representation Scale (Controlled)
This phase expands buyer representation cautiously.
Planned Focus Areas:
• Limited increase in represented buyers per auction
• Strict caps to prevent overextension
• Continued flat-fee model (no commissions)
• No change to AS-IS or buyer responsibility rules
Key Rule:
Scale only occurs when service quality remains intact.
Phase 4 — Auction Coverage Expansion
This phase expands sourcing options where appropriate.
Potential Directions:
• Additional Connecticut auctions
• Select nearby regional auctions
• Expanded vehicle categories based on demand
Expansion only occurs where:
• Buyer demand is real
• Processes are documented
• Risk remains transparent
Phase 5 — Operations Refinement
This phase focuses on efficiency after the core model proves stable.
Possible Improvements:
• Cleaner post-auction handoff steps
• Transport referral coordination (non-exclusive)
• Improved buyer communication templates
• Internal documentation upgrades
No phase introduces:
• Vehicle sales
• Inventory ownership
• Guarantees or warranties
Release Rule
If it is not fully operational, documented, and repeatable, it does not exist in the current version of KeyAuraâ„¢.
Start With Buyer Intake
If you want help sourcing or bidding on auction vehicles, the first step is Buyer Intake.
